HIKING AND ADVENTURE ROUTE

The Cederberg region provides a natural arena for adventure lovers. Wilderness hiking, rock-climbing, abseiling, horseriding, quad biking, 4x4 routes, river rafting, canoeing and water-skiing are some of the many attractions. The largely dry and sunny climate of the Cederberg make it ideal for visitors all year round, but don't plan a serious hiking tour for February – it's too hot!

Hiking – plenty of trails in the Cederberg Wilderness Reserve and on the West Coast.
The Tourism Bureaus can help you decide which trail is right for you.
